All jewellery purchased from GEMME is covered by a 1 month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures your piece is free from defects in material and workmanship.

 2. Coverage:

The warranty covers issues such as manufacturing defects, faulty craftsmanship, and non-deliberate damage. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, theft, or damage resulting from unauthorised repairs.

3. How to Claim:

In the unlikely event that you need to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service at GEMME will always endeavour to resolve customer issues efficiently and fairly. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and supporting images if possible. We’ll guide you through the process.

4. Evaluation and Repair:

Upon receiving your claim, our expert team will evaluate the concern. If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion. If a repair is not feasible, a replacement or store credit will be offered.

5. Exclusions:

The warranty becomes void if the jewellery has been altered, resized, or repaired by a third party. It also does not cover damage resulting from improper care, negligence, or failure to follow our care instructions.

6. Shipping:

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims. GEMME will cover the return shipping costs after the warranty service is complete.

7. Continuous Care:

To ensure the longevity of your jewellery, follow our care instructions provided with your purchase. Regular maintenance, such as cleaning and inspection, will help preserve the beauty of your piece.
